This was a strange situation as Frankie was previously a candidate of mine and in fact worked with her in securing her current position. When I originally approached Rudlings to assist with a outstanding debt from another law firm, I was assigned a different solicitor. However; due to unforeseen circumstances Frankie picked up the case part way through. Immediately it was clear that she was well versed in the situation and her legal advise and support for concise and from a place of knowledge. It was a difficult situation due to the prolonged time it took to get the matter due to court due to the publicised back log and the defendant firm continuing to evade taking any responsibility to our debt and as it turns out considerably more debt to other third parties. Although it has transpired that our unsecured debt became part of a much larger winding up petition and we decided to accept that there was no benefit in pursuing further. I am confident that Frankie did everything she could and I would have no hesitation in using her services again if the need arises.

Reading all the recent positive reviews of people's experiences of Jamie Robinson at Rudlings Wakelam I can only say I am not at all surprised. Jamie acted in the recent purchase of our new home and was excellent throughout. Utterly professional, helpful, responsive, Jamie ensured the whole process ran smoothly and trouble free. Our purchase was completed from acceptance of offer in a matter of weeks. We were kept informed of every detail throughout. No delays, no last minute surprises, and a very reasonable bill. Having had an abysmal experience with another nearby legal firm earlier this year - which is now in the hands of the legal ombudsman - it was a very great relief to have Jamie recommended to us. He has restored our faith in the profession and we cannot recommend him or Rudlings Wakelam highly enough. Close family in Cambridge are now using him for their house move. Five star service.
