    I was contacted to my complete surprise out of the blue by a firm of solicitors concerning a property I had previously had an ownership interest in many many years ago which I believed I had amicably gifted ownership to a former partner. The current owners wanted to sell the property but due to an historical over site my name still appeared on the deeds. Bridge McFarland resolved the matter very professionally and efficiently on my behalf minimising the worry and stress from an old relationship which had ended many years ago.

    Helpful and informative.

    Mia and Evie = Dream Team!

    We used the team of Mia and Evie from Bridge McFarland for conveyancing services for our first property in Nottingham. Despite being based in Louth, they were with us every step of the process. Their communication was prompt and clear, they worked to our timescales extremely well and kept us informed when potential issues arose. We'll certainly be using them again and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you very much for helping make our first home happen.

    1 Points of the law 2 Amendments to the Wills

    Receiving tye explanation of certain laws are clarified particularly concerning the application of inheritance tax. It is comforting to know that there can be a check in 5 years' time to make any changes to the Will should circumstances justify them.

    Rude, unprofessional and determined to be so. Michelle Bradford agreed a quote with me for Bridge McFarland to deal with my acquiring a property. After a long discussion where a final quote was agreed she emailed to say she couldn't represent me because they were representing the buyer. I then got a notification about the sale saying it was a totally different solicitor representing the buyer. I asked Michelle if they could therefore honour the quote as there was no longer an impediment to do so. She didn't even have the courtesy to reply even when a colleague prompted her to in a second email. I would not recommend Bridge McFarland- what a waste of time all that was.

    They were very good for our conveyancing. Excellent communication by phone and email. I would use them again. They lose a star for a poorly formatted letter and for not telling us we needed house insurance on exchange. However they were still better than most.

      Rachel has been excellent throughout the purchase process. We bought a buy to let via a Ltd Company and Rachel looked after everything. She was always very prompt and clear which what was needed and we never had to chase up or worry about any part of the process being protracted. Rachel's advice and guidance was excellent and she was very patient with us if there was a delay or issue on our side. We would highly recommend Rachel.

      Excellent support for my first Buy-to-Let purchase

      Choosing the right solicitor for your first BTL property is a big decision, and I’m so glad I chose Bridge McFarland. From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Bethany was brilliant! She never made me feel like any question was too small, and she was great at breaking down the jargon into plain English. It made a complicated process feel very manageable.       I wish I could give 10 stars. I genuinely cannot thank Mia Harper at Bridge McFarland in Louth enough for everything she has done for me. After an extremely traumatic and completely unexpected situation caused my house sale to come to a halt just 3 days before completion, I was left under an unimaginable amount of stress and genuinely thought everything was over. At a time where I felt desperate and completely overwhelmed, Mia gave me hope. Mia took on my case extremely last minute and somehow managed to redo an entire 4 month legal process in just 3 days - something I still cannot quite believe. I can only imagine how difficult and demanding that must have been alongside her already incredibly busy workload, but she made the time for me and handled everything with such compassion, professionalism and care from start to finish. Her communication throughout was absolutely impeccable. She kept me updated constantly, explained everything clearly and reassured me every step of the way. I also want to say a huge thank you to Evie Shaw and Evie Jacklin, who were both so supportive and helpful throughout the process. The whole team were in constant contact and provided so much reassurance during what was honestly one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever experienced. The sheer speed, professionalism, dedication and just kindness shown by Mia and her team turned around a situation that I truly thought was impossible to fix. Because of them, I wasn’t left homeless and I have now successfully moved into my first ever home. In hindsight, I truly wish I had gone with Mia and Bridge McFarland from the very beginning. The level of compassion, communication and professionalism I received was unmatched, and I will be recommending Mia and Bridge McFarland in Louth to absolutely everyone I know going forward. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Mia.
