Tom took over looking after me part way through a process, undoubtedly he resolved my issue with a third party in a professional manner although the third party were being bullies previously to Tom looking after me, he resolved the matter with a firm approach , taking me under his wing with good advice and guidance. I recommend Tom fully

I can't recommend Mohammed at Borneo Martell Turner Coulston LLP enough. It it was not for Mohammad, we would not have completed this quickly without being this thorough on quality. There were quite some hiccups (from the other party), but Mohammed took care of everything instantly in the right way and always kept me in the loop. I was also always informed up front about potential changes in the costs or risks before decisions were made. He went above my expectations, sometimes responding out of working hours even. He was realistic in his promises and over delivered.

We bought house with, it was long way bat finally we made it, I am Haighly recomand the , they did great job and all the time they communicate with as. The best 👌
There was no regular communication, no job to do list, they asked signature for my under 18+ son right before exchange without any reason, didn't bother to check the property before give to us which is full of previous owners furniture. Our estate agent did way more then they did

However, we would like to clarify that as solicitors and conveyancers, we do not physically inspect properties as part of the conveyancing process. It is therefore important that buyers arrange appropriate inspections and surveys to assess the condition of the property before proceeding to exchange of contracts. This is separate from the legal work involved with the purchase.
