I was helping my Aunty (age86) sell her house and buy a flat. In all aspects of the process Helen was diligent and very knowledgeable, especially with buying a leasehold flat. Helen provided us with good advice throughout the process. As with any house sale/Purchase there were a few issues along the way but we got there in the end and Aunty is very happy in her new flat

We recently used Borneo Martell Turner Coulson for our house sale and purchase, and Carol was fantastic- as was her assistant Kim. As executor for my mum's estate I was anxious not knowing what to expect or how complicated it would be to sell her house. I needn't have worried, I was in safe hands with Carole and Kim at BMTC. I was kept aware of every stage and they completely looked after my interests throughout the whole process. The fees were transparent with no surprises and I was amazed at how little involvement I had right up to completion. It was an emotional day for me handing over the keys after 50 years of my life living at and visiting that house and the care I was shown was exemplary. I would highly recommend this conveyancing team and wish to add my thanks again for a fantastic service.

I honestly cannot recommend this firm enough! From start to finish, my experience has been absolutely amazing. Buying a house can be such an overwhelming and anxiety-inducing process, but the team went above and beyond to make the journey so much easier for me. There was no regular communication, no job to do list, they asked signature for my under 18+ son right before exchange without any reason, didn't bother to check the property before give to us which is full of previous owners furniture. Our estate agent did way more then they did

However, we would like to clarify that as solicitors and conveyancers, we do not physically inspect properties as part of the conveyancing process. It is therefore important that buyers arrange appropriate inspections and surveys to assess the condition of the property before proceeding to exchange of contracts. This is separate from the legal work involved with the purchase.

Sharon gave me great advice but more importantly she actually listened to my circumstances. She represented me fantastically and helped me get some concessions from my company. Sharon's assistant, Milly was also extremely helpful and quick with her responses. Overall a great experience.
