    Shocking service. I paid £5,000 for 2x 2 hour meetings and a barrister. I am going to court now with NO brief, NO preparation, I have been chasing and chasing and got nothing. I feel totally let down, I should have used a better solicitor firm. They use what's app to communicate and send documents, not very professional, and they don't give our their solicitors numbers. My solicitor knew my case is 10am and said I'd get a call back from her or the other, I got no calls. Very very disappointed.

    Dear Sir, I have referred your complaint to the head of the relevant dept and your lawyers supervising Partner. We do take clients complaints very seriously, and there is an established complaints procedure, available and detailed on our website. Had you chosen to avail of that procedure rather than this public review/complaint, the matter would have been dealt with swiftly. I can only presume that you posted this review before the very successful outcome of your case, which was as the result of your lawyer’s dedication, diligent work and absolute commitment to you and your matter. Mr Lewis examined the file, spoke at length with the relevant lawyer and her supervising partner, and has noted the high volume of emails and the hours spent preparing your case and the complete brief to Counsel. Your lawyer has an excellent review of successful outcomes and glowing references from happy clients - this is the very first complaint that she has ever had and the very first negative review. She is very distressed as a result of your action and review, particularly considering the absolute commitment which she has shown you throughout. We do not encourage our staff to release personal or work mobile telephone numbers to clients, particularly female colleagues. We owe a complete duty of care to our colleagues, which again we take very seriously. Perhaps, in the light of the above you would remove this review and apologise to my colleague for the unmerited distress which you have caused her?
