Thomsons solicitors was used by my union (unison) when I told them about an incident at work. Nathalie handled my case and quickly managed to handle this. With the workplace this incident was at claiming full responsibility, this was a faster claim. She had mentioned, if I were to reject the offer I was given, I could get more money but since that’s not the reason for this, I went with the original offer. I can’t thank everyone at Thomsons enough!

Unite union referred my case to Thompson''s and I am pleased with the result. Roz was most professional, kind and patient with walking me through the process. She was also very persistent with the defendants in sticking to her guns where liability rested. I would not hesitate to ask for her if the situation required Thompson's services in future. The only thing which might have been better is how the actual lost earnings are calculated but this is outwith Thompson's abilities to change as legal precedents and laws must be updated through the court system to reflect 'life in the real world' for those on PT contracts.
