AVOID!! I use this solicitors firm for two separate business matters. They talk a very good talk but never provide the goods. All they care about is taking your money and never getting any results for you. Thanks to them I’ve incurred nearly £40,000 worth of losses. Never again.

Ross is a great solicitor, he is thorough, communicative, proactive and transactions are speedy. Nothing is ever too much trouble. 100% recommend him and his team.

Not good . Took too long . Lots of inaccuracies. One case very simple the other more complicated. Had previously had a good experience with the company but this was then reversed.

Used Battens for the conveyancing of a house sale. Everything was pretty straightforward, so not excatly a challenge for them, but I have no complaints. It was handy to have a physical, local office to drop things into whilst also being able to do many things online. A little more expensive than some competitors (esp. for dealing solely with a paralegal rather than a solicitor), but maybe you get what you pay for.
