A number of factors delayed us revising our wills for a few years. When we finally approached Battens (on recommendation) Emily guided us through the process and gave excellent advice. When emailing use with drafts her documents and responses were always prompt and she gave accurate timelines for completion. We felt that Nicola Pugsley looked after us very well in the purchase of a flat for our autistic son. Unfortunately, the seller lied on the Law Society Property Information Form, so now we will probably have to sell the flat again with great financial loss (tens of thousands of pounds) and emotional upset. The Law Society Property Information Form is not fit for purpose.
