    Sale of 71 Link Road Canvey Island Essex

    Everything went well up until 11th.Sept. when Mrs Harding was told that the sale was completed & would npw be archived. It is now 26th.Oct but she has nt seen of the estate money in her Nationwide bank account. Please advise the reason for delay.

    There are solicitors and there is JCP Solicitors...

    What a refreshing discovery. A firm who fulfils all my expectations of a firm of solicitors. When I sold my house and bought another I had visions of Dickensian solicitors and quill pens. On checking around I chose JCP and I cannot praise them highly enough. They were outstandingly efficient, responding immediately by email. No hanging around. I thoroughly appreciated their keeping me up to date and I sensed the energy, speed and enthusiasm of the young team I dealt with. I had a last minute glitch with my buyer but this team responded immediately with updated documents to enable exchange of contracts. Particular thanks to Mia, Angharad and Edwina. I have no connection with JCP other than as a grateful client for a job superbly done.

    We purchased our house via auction and chose JCP Solicitors to handle our conveyancing. Because it was an auction purchase, we were under an incredibly strict timeframe for completion. Victoria was our conveyancer, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Even though the seller and their legal team made things quite difficult, Victoria handled everything beautifully. She was always so kind, helpful, and responsive, which completely put us at ease throughout what could have been a very stressful process.     Average service so far Quite slow at responding, with some responses taking over a week and prompting to respond, and a lot of questions just slip through the cracks with no response. Typical of a lot of conveyancers recently it seems. Too high a case load I guess
