Highly recommend Wendy Bailey from the Barnsley Branch, who dealt with a very difficult situation concerning an ex partner who refused to engage in selling the matrimonial home, We had no other choice but to take this matter to the family courts. Wendy was fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable on family law and explained everything to us, kept us upto date with all developments, responded quickly to emails / telephone calls. Reassured us when we felt very frustrated. The court paperwork was always filed on time and in depth. Which couldn't be said for my ex partner's legal team.
