I went to Switalskis due to Family court proceedings. Gabby Richardson from Switalskis took on my case after a disaster with a different firm and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. From the very beginning she was very professional as well as being caring and supportive. The court proceedings that have been ongoing have been very complicated and difficult to deal with but Gabby is fantastic at explaining everything for me to understand. It has been very stressful for me and at times I’ve asked a million questions, no matter what, Gabby has always reassured me and always been there at every step of the way. I always felt so comfortable with Gabby, she was really friendly and knew absolutely everything, which is so reassuring when I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. I am so grateful and will be forever thankful for all of her hard work. I’m certain at some point due to the circumstances of my complex case I could have to go back into family proceedings one day and without a doubt will be contacting Gabby for anything in future. I wouldn’t want or trust anyone else to assist me and would highly recommend Gabby to anyone. I am glad my case is over with for now but will miss speaking to Gabby as she has been in my life such a long time due to the length of the case.

Gabriella Richardson is a very great hard working solicitor, very bubbly and smiley. she has honestly been amazing and very very supportive through the difficult time I was experiencing. She was very efficient with my Non molestation order, she was easily contactable and would also explain clearly the process of everything. Rebecca crofts is a very professional compassionate and understanding. When she enters the court room she makes sure she gets all her points across to the judge in a way I cannot explain and if anyone in cross examination is not telling the truth the speed and confidence and knowledge she possesses she finds them out. Absolutely outstanding representation I cannot express how good Rebecca crofts is .

After six long years in the family court system, my case finally came to an end at my final hearing. Those six years were some of the most emotionally draining and challenging years of my life. Anyone who has been through family court will understand how overwhelming, stressful, and isolating that journey can feel. For my final hearing, I was represented by Sumaiyah Mohammad, and I truly cannot put into words how grateful I am that she was the person standing beside me on that day. Even though she only represented me for that final hearing, the difference she made was enormous. From the moment she stepped into my case, she treated it with care, understanding, and genuine compassion. She listened, she understood the weight of the six-year journey behind me, and she made me feel like my voice and my experience truly mattered. Walking into that courtroom after everything I had been through was incredibly emotional, but having her beside me gave me a sense of calm and reassurance I hadn’t felt in a long time. She was prepared, confident, and completely dedicated to doing the very best for me. In that moment, after so many years of fighting to be heard, I finally felt like I had someone truly advocating for me. She helped bring closure to a chapter of my life that had taken so much from me, and I will always be grateful for the role she played in helping me finally move forward. I only wish I had found her sooner in my journey. Anyone going through family court would be incredibly fortunate to have a solicitor like her by their side.
