Andrew has supported me on previous occasions and, whilst he has not formally represented me throughout my recent proceedings, he has continued to provide invaluable legal guidance and support. My case has been particularly challenging. Throughout the Family Court process, Andrew took the time to walk me through documentation, sense-check correspondence from the opposing solicitor, and was even available should I have needed immediate assistance during court hearings. This was also the case through my financial remedy. One might argue that this is simply part of the job and that Foys should expect no less. However, Andrew consistently went well above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He not only provided sound legal advice, but also knew when the best course of action was to advise me not to respond at all, which was often just as valuable. He has always acted with the utmost professionalism. Equally important, his humour and wit have frequently shone through. During what was, at times, an isolating and overwhelming legal battle for a lay person, those moments of humanity made a real difference. It is something I will never forget. Andrew is a genuinely decent man, an exceptional solicitor, and a tremendous asset to Foys Solicitors. His experience, judgement and leadership are qualities that cannot easily be replicated. I understand that Andrew is now in the process of embarking on what I hope will be a long and enjoyable retirement. Before he does so, I wanted to place on record my sincere thanks, and those of my children, who now benefit from the security of a robust Child Arrangements Order.

I cannot recommend Jayne highly enough. She has supported me through an incredibly difficult and stressful period involving both family court proceedings and financial matters, and I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her. From the very beginning, Jayne has been professional, knowledgeable, understanding and incredibly supportive. She always took the time to explain things clearly, answer my questions and reassure me when I was worried or overwhelmed. I am so delighted with the way Hina Ditta prepared my will. I could tell from our first meeting that I was in ‘safe hands’. She listened so carefully and the succinct questions that she asked showed that. Hina is highly personable and guided me expertly through the pros and cons of the detail of my wishes for my Will. My draft Will came to me very shortly after our meeting and it had captured all that I wanted. Hina included a really helpful ‘compendium’ of explanations of some of the legal terms of my Will. I found that invaluable. She also offered further advice of certain inclusions that would help upon my death. My second meeting with Hina was equally welcoming and warm and really completely hassle free. The final Will contains all that I wanted. The fee for Will writing was what I had expected. No surprises and I would not hesitate to recommend Hina.
