Grace took over our case after the original solicitor left the company. She was thrown in at the deep end of a complicated conveyance involving listed buildings, flying freeholds, split deeds and agricultural land. On top of this we had a purchaser drop out of the chain days before exchange. In spite of this, the transactions were safely completed and we are now happy in our new home. Grace worked very hard on our behalf, always responded quickly to questions and safely navigated our account. We are very grateful to Grace and would instruct her again.

I own a busy mortgage and protection brokerage, so I work with conveyancers regularly. However, whenever my wife and I buy or sell a property personally, Carissa is the only solicitor I use. I have never instructed anyone else to act for me, and I never will. That is perhaps the strongest recommendation I could ever give a conveyancer. The proactive approach of "Team Andrea" was notably clear as they pressed for information on hiccups and holdups within the sale chain whenever the sale stalled. We were kept abreast of progress regularly even if this meant telling us they had nothing to tell us.... There is nothing worse than feeling like a mushroom in the dark! I would highly recommend Rachael Parker at Foys Solicitors. In my experience, she is truly one of the best family solicitors I have ever received legal advice and support from.
