I am so delighted with the way Hina Ditta prepared my will. I could tell from our first meeting that I was in ‘safe hands’. She listened so carefully and the succinct questions that she asked showed that. Hina is highly personable and guided me expertly through the pros and cons of the detail of my wishes for my Will. My draft Will came to me very shortly after our meeting and it had captured all that I wanted. Hina included a really helpful ‘compendium’ of explanations of some of the legal terms of my Will. I found that invaluable. She also offered further advice of certain inclusions that would help upon my death. My second meeting with Hina was equally welcoming and warm and really completely hassle free. The final Will contains all that I wanted. The fee for Will writing was what I had expected. No surprises and I would not hesitate to recommend Hina.

Pauline Warburton listened to our requirement and produced our wills following a draft review. This was in a timely manner and both my wife and I was happy with the outcome. Toni of Foys provided an Outstanding service. Had a Will to process of a medium size, and of some complexity. Foys took the matter in hand, handled all the legal details beyond my ability, kept me regularly updated, conducted all the research into accounts, and government offices, even dealt with legal difficulties I could never handle, and concluded all the affairs in good time. They handled everything with professionalism, and sensitivity; and their fees were were very modest in comparison to the work undertaken. I highly recommend Foys.
