Grace took over our case after the original solicitor left the company. She was thrown in at the deep end of a complicated conveyance involving listed buildings, flying freeholds, split deeds and agricultural land. On top of this we had a purchaser drop out of the chain days before exchange. In spite of this, the transactions were safely completed and we are now happy in our new home. Grace worked very hard on our behalf, always responded quickly to questions and safely navigated our account. We are very grateful to Grace and would instruct her again.
