I am a studio holder at Yorkshire Artspace. All studio holders were required by our landlord to sign a declaration document within a very tight time frame. We had a fantastic, speedy and professional response from three of the Taylor Emmet Solicitors who came down to our Exchange Place Studios and witnessed the signing of declarations for some 40 studio holders in an hour. Recently used Taylor Emmet for a property transfer. James Wong and Lauren Holmes dealt with my case and were superb. Prompt at responding to emails, if I called I spoke to one of them first time, no waiting, no “we’ll get back to you” the answer there on the same day. Hassle free and with the confidence that they were on it, I was able to put it to the back of my mind and get on with my life. Good stuff.

We first used the conveyancing department of Taylor Emmet over 20 years ago when buying our property, and were then introduced to Chaanah Patton for making our wills. Ten years later she advised us in matters relating to trusts and powers of Attorney, and most recently for the updating of our Lasting Powers of Attorney.
