I was fortunate enough to be referred to Heidi and Chloe Parish from Prettys, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. As a buyer in London, my estate agents were keen to insist I use a London-based firm but they couldn't have been more wrong. Heidi and Chloe provide exactly the right level of communication and guidance throughout the process: thorough and reassuring without being overwhelming, so you can focus your energy on the many other demands that come with purchasing a property. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence at every stage. What also stood out was their fees, notably more competitive than other conveyancers I compared, yet the quality of service felt anything but. It's rare to find that combination of exceptional care and outstanding value, and it makes the referral all the more easy to pass on. 10/10. I would recommend Heidi and Chloe to any friend or family member buying a home, without hesitation.

Heidi and Chloe were very helpful and professional over a long running sale where the buyer eventually withdrew and then a second buyer came forward who wanted a fast completion. This was achieved in just over eight weeks, including problems with boundaries. Well Done!

What a fabulous conveyancing team. We wanted to move house before Christmas, so like most people we were in a hurry to get the conveyancing done. We used Penny and her team about 10 years ago, she sorted out a "land locked" problem a previous Ipswich firm had not picked up on - I chose Prettys because I knew they covered every little detail and were a safe pair of hands. This time they picked up and sorted a land registry problem and despite the additional work and complications they got everything through in 8 weeks and hit the deadline. Thanks Prettys.

I would NEVER recommend Prettys to anyone .. what a horrible experience in every way .. False information given to us which seemed for them to make more money out of us which happened a number of times... The night before one of my hearings (I like to say the hearing was for me a mother of 3 trying to save our family home from being sold by the father of 2 of the children who walked out and paid nothing since 2012 ) that my solicitor was supposed to be writing me up information to take to the hearing in which I received nothing through email that day..got to 4.45pm and I called office to be told my solicitor had left off already! in which i finally got a call back as I was in a panic for the next day, then to have to speak to my solicitor who was clearly enjoying himself in a very noisy pub in which I might add I got charged for that phone call . I could go on and on and on with this company ... Just please please don't use Prettys solicitors .

In my dealings with Prettys I have found them to be very helpful. Although, there could be more car parking spaces, as sometimes I have had to pay to park on the road or car park. There are also many pieces of entertaining art in the reception and waiting room areas.
