My personal injury claim was dealt with by Louise Plant. I made contact with Prettys following a letter I received from the initial firm of solicitors I had chosen to represent me . After 12 months of chasing and frustration I was informed that they were not prepared to go forward with my case as they believed there was insufficient evidence to back my case in the event it went to court. That was something I was not prepared to accept and within 15 minutes of speaking to Louise & providing her with the information I was told there was a good chance of success. From that initial face to face conversation to the last email the service provided was first class. I was kept informed every step of the way and I felt confident that justice would be done. If you want professionalism, dedication and commitment to the cause I simply cannot recommend Prettys , and in particular, Louise Plant highly enough. In these challenging times the monetary compensation I received was welcome but had become pretty much irrelevant to me. My case was a simple one of right and wrong. Without the highly competent solicitor I ended up with I would have been left with a massive sense of injustice. Louise not only did her job, most importantly to me…. she totally understood what it meant to me. That in my mind is going above & beyond. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a person who I’m quite sure has received many compliments in the past. All I can say is that I will not hesitate to recommend Louise Plant to anyone in need of a TOP solicitor. Thank you for an excellent service.

I have been with Prettys for almost a year now. My solicitor has been Georgina Rayment. Since day one Georgina has had a firm game plan concerning my legal issues, and I'm very pleased to say she has achieved everything for me. She has been very good and clear at explaining what she was about to do for me. And had been very supportive to me with my issues. She is always very quick and fast at replying to any calls/emails concerning issues I have had. I've also found her very friendly and nice to get on with during my time with her. I really don't think I could have asked at all for a better solicitor or a better firm. I would recommend herself and Prettys 110% to everyone.
In my dealings with Prettys I have found them to be very helpful. Although, there could be more car parking spaces, as sometimes I have had to pay to park on the road or car park. There are also many pieces of entertaining art in the reception and waiting room areas.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Heidi and Chloe Parish from Prettys, and I genuinely cannot recommend them highly enough. As a buyer in London, my estate agents were keen to insist I use a London-based firm but they couldn't have been more wrong. Heidi and Chloe provide exactly the right level of communication and guidance throughout the process: thorough and reassuring without being overwhelming, so you can focus your energy on the many other demands that come with purchasing a property. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence at every stage. Heidi and Chloe were very helpful and professional over a long running sale where the buyer eventually withdrew and then a second buyer came forward who wanted a fast completion. This was achieved in just over eight weeks, including problems with boundaries. Well Done!

What a fabulous conveyancing team. We wanted to move house before Christmas, so like most people we were in a hurry to get the conveyancing done. We used Penny and her team about 10 years ago, she sorted out a "land locked" problem a previous Ipswich firm had not picked up on - I chose Prettys because I knew they covered every little detail and were a safe pair of hands. This time they picked up and sorted a land registry problem and despite the additional work and complications they got everything through in 8 weeks and hit the deadline. Thanks Prettys.
