I had previously (in 2012) used this firm for conveyancing and was happy with the service. I recently called into the Clacton office for legal advice after I had personally redrafted my Will. I was delighted to be told that it was 'Free Wills Month' and that i could have the entire Will professionally checked, redrafted and produced free of charge. The service I received was exemplary and I would be very happy to use this firm again should I need further legal services.

Arranging a Licence to Access land owned by Essex County Council in order to undertake the archaeological excavation of a Scheduled Monument, the Tudor Block House at Cudmore Grove Country Park, East Mersea, Essex, as part of a community project funded by DEFRA.

Had amazing service from Liza Jary, she went above and beyond to get sale completed in record time. She is very responsive, always promptly respond to both telephone call and email and come backs quickly for any query. She is very meticulous and has thorough understanding of all the legal aspect of house sale. I will highly recommend her for any conveyancing.
