Absolutely useless. I had to continuously chase for feedback and was charged over £1000 for them to read my evidence and tell me things I already knew which for me defeats the purpose of engaging them. Absolute waste of time and money.
We take all client feedback seriously, though we are disappointed by your review and must strongly dispute the points raised. All fees for our work were clearly communicated and formally agreed upon before we commenced work on your instruction. Regarding the advice received, we disagree that this merely covered information you already knew. Our instruction required a detailed legal analysis of both the merits and quantum of your individual claims, which was provided to ensure you received a complete and objective assessment of your position. We always aim to achieve the best possible outcomes and provide total clarity for those who instruct us.
Anyone who is considering DPH Legal - I recommend Najia Robbani - if you want the person who manages your case, to actually care about the work they do (and not just for the money) and for someone to advocate for your rights.
