    I have recently completed on my house and decided to go with a local firm rather than some of the big national firms and I'm so glad I did. Samantha and Cathy handled by sale and purchase, who were excellent throughout. We had some issues with work needing to be done on my home, but they were about to talk options and always have great guidance. They always replied promptly and were available to talk too, which is a big difference from my previous move. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'll definitely use them again.       We recently bought our first home and were recommended Eric Robinson by a friend - our solicitor Michelle was absolutely wonderful. Extremely responsive and helpful and warm and just made the whole process feel easy. She was also very patient with my constant barrage of questions! We bought our house in south east London so even if you’re not based in Southampton I strongly recommend this office. Shout out to Afshana and Allison too who covered for Michelle when she was off who were also excellent - really impressed at how they ALWAYS had cover lined up to keep things moving along and someone would ALWAYS reply to you and never leave you hanging. Anyway - would rate them 10/10 and new home is great and it was relatively painless experience! Thank you lovely Bitterne team.
