    Ben was very informative about the process of seeking probate, setting out the steps I needed to take, the timescale I had to work to and ensuring I kept clear records, enabling when he applied for probate on my behalf the outcome was successful.     Flavia, made the documenting of our wills extremely easy. We had put this off for a number of years, but she explained the benefits of having a will and the pitfalls of not having a will, for us both 3 weeks later, we are very satisfied with the final results that reflect our wishes.
