We were given informative non bias information on types of will/trusts and were given plenty of time to consider which option to choose. There was follow up correspondence, via e mail, of what was discussed. Once we had chosen, mirror wills were drawn up and again copies of correspondence were e mailed for us to read. A date was then set for the wills to be signed and registered. At every stage we were given the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarification.
