    Nothing was too much trouble

    My godmother wanted a local solicitor, having moved area. She had decided to amend her Will and I found her a solicitor.     I contacted Parfitt Cresswell Solicitors when my daughter passed away in 2023. I did not know anything.       We recently completed the sale of a property where Parfitt Creswell (Windsor) acted for our buyers. What should have been a straightforward transaction took nine months to complete. In our experience, much of the delay appeared to be due to poor communication and a lack of responsiveness from Parfitt Cresswell. All parties involved spent considerable time chasing updates, often receiving no response for weeks at a time. I would not normally leave a review for a company I had not personally instructed, but the level of communication throughout this transaction was so poor that I felt it was important to share my experience. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Parfitt Creswell.
