Their communications have been clear, detailed and containing of my anxieties in relation to a difficult professional situation. Their assistance over several months has been in the form of emails, phone-calls and liaison with the police on my behalf. They were patient with my lack of knowledge of legal processes and systems and took time to clarify that I understood what might happen, including the options available to me. They were able to contain many of my anxieties and I felt very well supported. Overall they have provided an excellent service, for which I am most grateful.

Crystals approach is 10/10. Great service, friendly, down to earth, straight to the points.Crystals advice was spot on. I cant praise crystal enough for helping me with my case, never felt rushed , spoke length on the phone before meeting and crystal takes the time to listen to all what you have to say, time is not an issue.
