The support and professional advice given me by Victoria Rees and Richard Etherington has been enormously helpful. Their communications have been clear, detailed and containing of my anxieties in relation to a difficult professional situation. Their assistance over several months has been in the form of emails, phone-calls and liaison with the police on my behalf. They were patient with my lack of knowledge of legal processes and systems and took time to clarify that I understood what might happen, including the options available to me.
