A good sale and purchase experience, with friendly staff and continuous liaisons, dealt with all my queries over time, very thorough with all paperwork and follow ups of any answers needed from any other outside sources. Well done to all the staff in question.

Toby has been an incredible help during what was a troublesome house sale as part of a deceased estate. He was always prompt in replying and explaining things fully, and kept battling for us with a problem involving the land registry and a spurious entry on the title deed. I found him efficient, friendly, and approachable and very tenacious! We are also using Charlie for my decease brother’s estate, whom I also have nothing but praise for. I have found Charlie an immense help and comfort during a very difficult year. It was not an easy estate to handle as there was no Will, and many strands to be resolved. Charlie is also handling my son’s divorce.
