I was recommended to Slater Heelis while i was navigating my way through children's court as while going through the what can only be described as a low point in life when you are having to fight vexatious litigation to be able to see your children, i then had multiple false allegations made about me by the respondent, only 6 months later after the court ordered a 50/50 lives with order i found myself back in court to protect my children from the accuser. Gabriella Basiuk and her team who specialise in children's matters were outstanding, i was constantly updated and advised of what to do but most importantly, what not to do. i can highly recommend Gabriella. Following on from this matter i was introduced to Hannah Costley to assist me with the false allegations that had been made about me, i was in shock and after the passing of my father only weeks before i decided that i needed to fully commit to resolving things. From my first meeting with Hannah she calmed me so that i was able to think and communicate what i had not been able to do previously, in such a short amount of time Hannah had fully reviewed my case, memorised all of the key details and was able to offer clear non judgemental advice about what i should expect and the process that i was going to go through. Hannah cuts to the chase while being 100% client focused and providing the best service i have ever received. I was given a few options for a Barrister from Hannah, ranging from recently called to the silk right through to exceptionally experienced, all great Barristers. The result of Hannah's client dedication, her exceptional knowledge of her profession and commitment resulted in this matter being reviewed by the CPS and thrown out. I cannot express how grateful i am to Hannah and putting to an end to this nightmare which has spanned nearly 3 years of my life. Hannah can only be described as an amazing solicitor and a wonderful human being. Lastly i would like to thank all of the people who have worked with Hannah and Gabriella, the full team is amazing and i cannot recommend Slater Heelis enough if you find yourself in any situation.
