I had a road traffic incident along with another charge involving my ex partner. The case was on paper very simple and I was fearing the worst for my driving license and criminal record in general. This caused severe stress and depression on me. I quickly contacted Scullion Law who then introduced me to Kristopher Buchanan who from the very start was in constant contact on my every question even when I was in a bad state of mind and full of worry he reassured me and kept me calm throughout the time period leading up to court. I spoke with Kris many times and he advised me excellently even when I did not think some decisions were the best I put my trust in Kris and went with what he felt necessary to get me the best result possible. As I said, on paper this was a simple case to the courts but there was a much deeper reasonsing behind the charges which Kris fully took on board and worked with me to get the fullest picture possible. Kris is a result caring a good hearted man who has even answered my question and kept me reassured even outside of office hours. The day of court he arrived and immediately put me at ease and his performance was amazing and he secured me a great outcome which I am very pleased about. I have been able to keep my driving license and can now keep my employment as travelling to and from my workplace would have been near impossible without my car. I would use Kris again. He really does care about you as an individual and doesn't give up on you. I feel he went that extra mile that other lawyers may not have done. Thanks again.

Simon Gretton replied within 15 minutes of me sending the initial email at 9.05pm. I wasn't expecting a response until at least the following day. He asked numerous questions and advised me of the fees. He gave good advice on the run up to the court appearance and I felt well represented on the day. It was my second driving offence and I was expecting a longer ban.

Can’t recommend Chris enough, from the first phone conversation I had with him he put me at ease, was easy to talk to, non judgemental and down to earth. I gave him the full story, even probably irrelevant details and he was patient and understanding. His knowledge of the area really shone through as he was then able to take on the information I’d thrown at him, understand my situation and translate it into something the magistrates would understand. He went above and beyond, even supporting and advising my family through the process. He was straight talking, honest, and gave me full confidence. Lost DLVA Driving Licence through drink driving. Should have been getting licence back in May 2024, did a course so that it would have come back in October 2023. Did blood tests as requested and sent paperwork to DVLA from their doctor but they said that because I had been in rehab which I had not unfortunately the my doctor put down the wrong things so they said I would have to wait until the end of the year 2024. Came to see yourselves and relayed the situation. Was going to be heard at Basildon Magistrates at the end of April but because of new evidence am getting licence back.
