When I engaged with Louise, I had been going through a very difficult, uncertain time at work. I was familiar with her work and knew she was an excellent solicitor. I was not expecting her to be so caring and considerate about how I was feeling and my mental health. She went above and beyond for me and managed to turn a very difficult and painful experience to my advantage. I think she did her very best to represent me and she brought things to a close, far more quickly than I expected. The professional way she managed my employer throughout, was a real credit to her. I felt far more at ease once she picked this matter up and managed it on my behalf. Louise also gave me a lot of good advice and also took the time to talk to me about what was happening and I felt she acted to the best of her ability to support me. She was understanding,, very communicative, worked very late to ensure responses were addressed as soon as they appeared in her inbox and all through, she showed empathy towards me. I would highly recommend her and would certainly work with her again, if I needed to. The ultimate professional and just a really lovely person to deal with.

Alex Mancini was able to assist me on short notice with review of a redundancy agreement. We were able to sit together and review the agreement in full. He took the time to explain certain portions which may have otherwise escaped my attention. We were able to adhere to the strict budget set by my company. Most importantly, I had to meet with Alex with my 11 month old in tow, so it was heartwarming for her to be received well, including providing her with toys as a distraction (although she found the papers and cables far more interesting).
