I had a fantastic experience with Clare Dalby and her entire team. Clare was extremely professional, supportive and dedicated throughout my case. Where to start? What to divulge? Jamie came into my life at my lowest ebb. My 21 year career, my wife and children, my home, my wife's vocation and our foster children were all hanging by a thread. Your mind is all over the place in those first few days so you don't notice the humanity in any person that sits in front of you in business attire. It's only afterwards once the dust has settled that you remember those little moments of empathy and compassion. Those are the important moments.
