Harris Cuffaro & Nichols were on the approved list of solicitors to act for my lenders. Throughout the process Hassan was a great help with prompt communication and some wise suggestions. In fact we saved more than I was expecting for stamp duty which as it turned out I needed later for some additional refurbishment works. It wasn't exactly a straightforward transaction as we were creating leases for properties with a refinance. He saved me some money on the legal title drawings as well with some advice. I can't really recommend Hassan enough, I doubt I'll look elsewhere for legal representation. A good solicitor is hard to find.

Professional, friendly and very responsive to emails and queries. I was impressed how the whole process was handled from start to finish. Would highly recommend Erica.

I was very pleased with the services provided by the very experienced team at JCP for a complex boundary rectification. Everything got resolved in our favour and it was a pleasure to deal with them. The team was very proactive and knowledgeable.

Kate undertook the legal work required to obtain freeholder approval for a Deed of Variation on the existing lease. As with all legal processes there were several parties involved who needed to supply agreement. Kate managed to obtain the final signed document with a couple of months.

I received an excellent service from Eloise. She expedited what could have been a very long process and kept me fully informed. A pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.
