This was my second attempt at being a first time buyer, and although the entire process was stressful, absolutely none of that was from my dealings with Howells, and particular Tina Staves who was managing my account. Communication was always prompt, and in the days leading up to completion, all hiccoughs were discussed and Tina was an absolute star at keeping in touch and letting me know what was going on. If I ever do wind up purchasing another property in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Howells for their conveyancing support.

I contacted RFB as I was in need of a time sensitive ID1 verification. I spoke to Peter who understood the urgency and although he could not directly assist himself, he passed me onto his colleague Harry. Harry arranged to meet me at the RFB offices at very short notice to help me get the verification forms complete. Highly recommend these guys!
