Rachel attended the police station at such short notice when a false allegation was made against me by my ex partner. I was nervous as I’d as never been in a police station in my life or even spoken to a police officer but Rachel was very informative and calm and talked me through the whole process. Her professionalism and knowledge alongside her calm rapport allowed me to conduct my interview and allow me to plead my innocence and I feel her presence helped me massively. My case was a very difficult, complex possession order (section 8) The 'other side' were covered by Legal Aid and were ,-( to be polite,) very difficult and obstructive, causing more and more problems by the day!
