I initially had a different solicitor assigned to my Employment Law case. After a few months, I was notified that my case had been assigned to Abdul. I was a little worried about this change but in high insight, I absolutely appreciated this changed. Abdul was very approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. He communicated with me in a very timely manner. He gave comprehensive information on possibilities but waited for direction. Abdul explained things in an understandable way without using legal jargon so it was easier to make informed decisions. Abdul had a lot of patience with me as I asked numerous questions. After suffering quite a serious head/facial injury on what was supposed to be a fun day out at an airsoft/paintball site I was assisted by my trade union who put me in touch with Thompsons solicitors, it was made clear at the start that my type of case wasn’t straight forward but Thompsons were very professional at every stage and in particular Peter Richardson who brought my claim to a very successful conclusion. I would highly recommend Thompson solicitors to anyone who needs help, guidance and support through a personal injury claim.
