I would give zero stars if i could! TBI have been ‘managing’ my grandparents estate. One passed away THREE years ago and the other nearly two. Probate went through nearly a year ago and TBI have still failed to process the formalities. The lack of communication has been appalling. The majority of the rest of the family have removed their own wills from TBI due to their poor standards. My grandparents trusted TBI to resolve their estate upon passing. They would be furious to know about this farce!

Professional, efficient, courteous and compasionate. All that you want when selling your late Mothers house. Highly recommended. Used Maria Northrop's team.

Having dealt with many different solicitors over a lifetime TB&I stand out as an excellent organisation. Through selling a house, setting up "Power of Attorney" documents and updating Wills everything has been dealt with speedily, with minimum stress and to our complete satisfaction.

Maria Northrop of the Stockton office led me through a long and protracted sale and a complicated purchase. Very professional when dealing with my matters and an unusual scenario purchasing a house in probate. I would recommend.

I used this solicitors to buy a house. When I bought my first house the solicitors I used would take days to reply to emails and didn’t really explain the legal terminology to me, so I expected the same from TBI, however I could have been more wrong. Alison and her team were amazing, answering any questions I had. All of my emails were answered on the same day. I also got equity from my previous home with the help from Denise, she was brilliant and explained everything simply and clearly. Thank you to all of the teams that I dealt with. Your help is much appreciated and made a stressful time a lot more relaxed ☺️

I just want to post that we had a fantastic experience with Michelle in the Hartlepool office last week. We had some missing documents from my late father from a different firm and she went above and beyond to help us. We had limited information and her communication was fantastic.
