Having spent almost £325k with Lodders preparing arguments for a complex divorce proceeding with a senior solicitor/partner over a 2.5 year period, I was informed 3 days before the 2 week final hearing that they would not be available to attend. No other senior partner stepped in. I was left with a junior solicitor and had to engage another barrister to assist my counsel. They are definitely only interested in what is best for them not you as a client.

Family Court Case Completion Review – Financial Matters protection of family home . 💞Baldish Khatkr. James Leslie 💞 This review relates to the conclusion of my family court case concerning financial matters, specifically regarding my detrimental interest to protect the family home. Throughout the proceedings, I was supported by Baldish who provided clear, direct, and honest advice at every stage. Her approach was both professional and empathetic, and I always felt fully informed about my position and options. She made sure that all correspondence and formal responses were thoroughly reviewed with me before anything was sent to the other party. This gave me a strong sense of involvement and control in what was often a stressful and emotionally challenging situation. I appreciated her diligence in explaining the legal implications in plain language, allowing me to make confident, informed decisions. Her guidance was instrumental in helping me present my case clearly and assertively. The case has now been concluded, and while the process was demanding, I am satisfied that my interests were well represented and that every effort was made to secure a fair outcome. The Barrister James Leslie was just the perfect professional to bring this outcome. Today my kids and myself feel safe and well at home that I built for my kids. I would recommend them over and over again as both of these professionals and the team Baldish was great.

Cost me ££££ and stress as they didn’t get there ducks in a row so to speak tried bluffing there way Rubbish !!! Could of taken a lot longer and went to trial so I did a deal which cost me money...lady dealing the matter was young tbh and I don’t wish to name her I blame Lodders they should of done better and appointed someone with more knowledge.

Professional, efficient, friendly. Made the process very easy and understandable. Highly recommended.

A senior partner took us through a public enquiry. We knew we had a good case. Half way through the other side offered us a good deal, we were advised not to accept. We lost. We lost the case and an awful lot of money in fees. Their case was weak but the way Lodders fort it was amateurish to say the least. With a few years to reflect we can now fully understand how badly it was handled.

I am having a difficult time with Lodders. They are extremely hard to get hold of, they rarely answer the phone and don’t return calls when I ask them to. They either ignore emails entirely or they (eventually) respond in a vague way that doesn’t actually address the question I have asked. I am finding it stressful and upsetting as I don’t understand what is happening with the work they are meant to be doing for me, all I know is it is taking much longer than I thought. I find Lodders extremely hard to deal with; I have to be more assertive than I am comfortable with and it’s exhausting. I would even go as far as to say that I have found them dismissive and misleading. I really wouldn’t recommend Lodders I am very upset and have had to go through this experience.
