    The overall service was excellent. We appreciated the verbal exchanges between ourselves and Mr Fuller; they were always helpful, patient and clear. However, we did struggle somewhat in regard to the legal written phrasing, especially the final legal wording in the Wills themselves. Plain, straightforward written English is a cardinal virtue which can surely be utilised in all legal documents without loss of rigour. Transparency is not the opposite of rigour.

      I contacted a solicitor from fbcmb and they worked really hard on my case. I was really struggling emotionally but they kept me going.
