The overall service was excellent. We appreciated the verbal exchanges between ourselves and Mr Fuller; they were always helpful, patient and clear. However, we did struggle somewhat in regard to the legal written phrasing, especially the final legal wording in the Wills themselves. Plain, straightforward written English is a cardinal virtue which can surely be utilised in all legal documents without loss of rigour. Transparency is not the opposite of rigour.

I saw Elizabeth Harris-Clark at your Telford offices, in December 2025. The advice she gave and the compassion she showed was second to none. I can not recommend Mohammed highly enough . All Of the stress and anxiety was taken away because we were lessened to, given clear guidance from the start and the fact that someone was always available to speak to. I always left our meeting far happier than when I arrived and I felt that my concerns were always listened to and addressed with empathy. I never felt like a client , I was always made to feel that we mattered. This is imperative when you are going through such a stressful. Should we ever find ourselves in a position to require legal representation then I would not hesitate and I would know for sure that we are in the best hands possible
