They were very professional and understanding. Excellent service from solicitor Bethan Rosson

I found Cartwright King Solicitors on google after finding myself in a difficult employment issue. I approached Cartwright King Solicitors for advice and support as this employment issue was causing a lot of stress and anxiety, which I was determined to reach a closure. The solicitor assigned to my case was Bethan Rosson. Bethan was fantastic on top of things from day one, very organised and in the end negotiated a settlement for me that would have been impossible to do alone. I am grateful to Bethan’s kind, patient and reassuring approach through a stressful period. I would highly recommend Bethan and could not ask for a better legal representative.

Settlement agreement advice

I received good, professional and well thought through advice on a settlement agreement on behalf of someone who had mental health issues and was about to leave his employment. From the initial enquiry through to a successful outcome the service was exceptional in my opinion. Specifically she didn’t rush the process and checked with colleagues to ensure the right advice was given in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the outcome today.

Our employment case was initially covered by Martin Cornforth with support from Bethan Rosson. During the course of the case Martin moved employment and Bethan stepped in to provide the cover for the case. Her communication was excellent and all correspondence was replied to in a prompt and concise manner. I recently contacted several solicitors to help me with my legal assistance as I unfortunately made redundant. Very unhappy. Wasted time I didont have and unprofessional. Contacted in regards to employee contracts to which I was then allocated to Rizwan. Had a meeting and explained what I wanted and initially it went well with him understanding our needs. After that never heard from him again. Numerous calls to his office were made and voicemails were left to him and the reception although no call back at all. It has now been 4 weeks since our meeting and I am still waiting for him to commence the paperwork.

We cannot thank Daniel Maiden at Cartwright King solicitors enough for helping us secure a special guardianship order for our grandchildren, there was so many times I was worried about the outcome but Dan was amazing, he has a very down to earth approach & always managed to keep us calm throughout the entire process, he explained everything in a way I could understand & didn’t baffle us with legal jargon, he kept me updated & was always available when I had any questions (which was a lot), he was always patient and caring & supported us through a very stressful time.
