I have recently completed on my house and decided to go with a local firm rather than some of the big national firms and I'm so glad I did. Samantha and Cathy handled by sale and purchase, who were excellent throughout. We had some issues with work needing to be done on my home, but they were about to talk options and always have great guidance. They always replied promptly and were available to talk too, which is a big difference from my previous move. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I'll definitely use them again.
