I contacted Switalskis following the death of my stepfather regarding a complicated probate and inheritance matter. Although the matter is still ongoing, I have been very happy with the advice and support I have received so far. Sandra Kowalska has been incredibly kind, patient and approachable throughout. I have had a lot of questions, and she has always taken the time to explain things clearly and help me understand my options and the next steps. This has been a very stressful and unfamiliar situation for me, and I have really appreciated how supportive and easy to communicate with she has been. I have also had a very positive experience with the wider team. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, helpful and professional, and communication has always been prompt and clear. I particularly appreciate the amount of time and guidance Sandra and the team gave me during the initial stages, even before I had formally instructed the firm. I was given plenty of information and support while I was still trying to understand my position and decide how best to proceed. I have now instructed Switalskis to assist me further and, although we are still at an early stage, I am extremely happy with the service and support I have received so far. Within 36hrs of contacting the Probate team at Switalskis Solicitors via their website, re a Settlement of Deed, Kelsey replied to us via phone. Within weeks we knew where we stood. Sandra, Kelsey & Taylor, acted quickly & professionally, they talked us through each step thoroughly before they dealt with other parties involved. They put our minds at rest in what was an extremely stressful time. Our 1st time using them & it wont be our last. Highly recommend.

I was so lucky to have Chantelle appointed to me to fight my case. Not only was she professional throughout the three long years, her empathy and care shone throughout the entire process. If I was confused by anything, I knew that I could call or drop her an email to have her walk me through everything. I cannot fault her in any shape or form. It has been a pleasure to have her on my side when I felt like the whole world was against me and I felt like my world was falling apart. Service okay - Paid £2,500 for representation, and Ben was awesome. Only issue was not being notified in advance that a different lawyer will represent us on last hearing date. Found out hours before the hearing starts which did not really help our case.
