I have worked with Helen many times in the past when purchasing property, and she has always been easy to work with and given excellent service. This was my first sale and it has gone incredibly smoothly thanks to both Helen and Amy. Amy has been fantastic. She responds very quickly to my emails and has answered any questions I have had. They have both made this process very easy, and I will definitely choose to work with them again in future.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Blacks Solicitors LLP in the past, so I think it’s important to call out when things are done well. On this occasion, Lauren Grey has been excellent — proactive, efficient and very solutions-oriented. She kept things moving, communicated clearly throughout and focused on getting matters resolved rather than overcomplicating them. This was a noticeably better experience than I’ve had previously, and that is wholly down to Lauren’s approach.

Very impressed with their experience from start to finish. The legal team were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout.
