I form a limited company to buy my first property. My lender recommended these solicitor. I can’t call them a solicitor but a very slow coach. I emailed them no reply call them ask them for updates or advice no help at all. I have nearly missed my completion date because they haven’t told me to transfer funds to company name from the personal name even though I have asked them many time over the phone n email. I came back from Cairo just sign the documents n make sure to complete the transaction. Cost me extra £1500 towards travel cost. Never use them again not the professional people to deal with. But finally I have completed this transaction. They said they haven’t received my guarantee letter which was delivered 18 days ago. Luckily I have a record of delivery signed and dated. But still they was saying that go back to your solicitor get it another one. But when I give them the proof they finally found it in their office. Very unprofessional people.

I recently completed LTD company purchase and remortgage of a rental property. Beth Hill & Anne Clarkson were both fantastic. WIll be using them again on my next purchase.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the conduct of the individual solicitor (Clare Bratton) handling my matter. Communication was poor, with material developments affecting my case not being relayed to me in a timely manner. In addition, funds were requested at a point when the transaction was not realistically ready to complete, which caused unnecessary concern and difficulty.
