Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the conduct of the individual solicitor (Clare Bratton) handling my matter. Communication was poor, with material developments affecting my case not being relayed to me in a timely manner. In addition, funds were requested at a point when the transaction was not realistically ready to complete, which caused unnecessary concern and difficulty.
What can I say about Bianca except that she saved me from a lot of wasted time from another well known "legal firm" who made constant errors and delayed everything for my re-mortgage! I wish I knew Bianca before I instructed my others as from start to finish, it was perfect - communication times were ideal - e-mails were informative - contents were described - instructions were clear .... literally nothing bad to say here!! We will be working together again for sure! Thanks to Leeds Money for the introduction and thank you to Bianca for all her hard work and short timeframe we worked to!

Very pleased with the speed that this remortgage was carried out. A special thanks to Lauren who responded straight away to any queries and was always available whenever i rang.

From start to finish, Lauren and David made the entire process of purchasing my property smooth and completely stress‑free. Their communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt comfortable approaching either of them with any questions. I couldn’t recommend Black’s Solicitors highly enough.
I requested information on submitting large amounts of commercial mortgage cases through their conveyancing system asked to register was then blanked no response nothing to chasers. Gave up and went elsewhere. It's funny as had a bad experience previously where a client instructed directly and thought let's proceed and presume it was a one off clearly not.
