Couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had an auction, HMO purchase on a BTL Mortgage within a LTD company on a strict timeline. I got assigned Rebecca and Francesca and they were very helpful answering my questions and 1 of them was always available to help me throughout the purchase. Very pleased and will use again. Much more affordable than all other companies I received quotes from as well.
I would highly recommend Paul Firth at Blacks Solicitors. Paul helped me throughout the purchase of my houses and was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and always kept me informed throughout the process. Buying a house can be a stressful experience, but Paul made everything feel straightforward and was always there to answer any questions and deal with any issues promptly. Fantastic service from Aarifah at Black’s throughout our house sale. Communication was exceptional — there was never a call or email that went unanswered, and even when things became difficult, Aarifah remained calm, responsive and completely focused on getting the sale over the line. We felt genuinely supported throughout and couldn’t have asked for better service. If we ever need legal support again, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Black’s. Customers for life!
Just finished buying my first home with Blacks. It was a long wait, but definitely all worth it in the end. Bianca Newton was assigned to our case and was brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept us regularly updated and was always helpful and approachable whenever we had questions. As FTB we were a bit anxious whenever something got stuck or there were delays. Bianca was always patient, explained what was happening and helped us understand what was causing the delays. We really appreciate all her support and guidance throughout the process and would highly recommend Bianca and Blacks to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor.
