    Carolyn was an incredible support to me and my family during a very emotional and difficult time. She helped guide us through my gran’s case with clarity and kindness, always taking the time to break down complex legal terms so we could truly understand what was happening.     Fantastic Personal End to End Service

    I dealt with two people from start to finish. Ann Logan in the initial stages, and then Carolyn McPhee through to the final compensation. Throughout the process communication was excellent, always keeping me appraised of exactly what was happening at both ends of the equation. Although we were delayed by Covid and due process, I never doubted everything was being progressed as quickly as possible, certainly from a Balfour Manson perspective.

    There are no words that can fully sum up my gratitude to Carolyn McPhee from Balfour + Manson LLP. Throughout the arduous six years my case went on for, Carolyn was at the helm of it and kept in contact with me constantly. She let me know the next stages of the process, how things were progressing and would answer any questions I had- no matter how big or small. Nothing was ever too much work or a hassle to Carolyn. It sounds very cliché, but it was due to Carolyn’s continuous support and determination that I managed to carry on through the lengthy and weary process of my case. Carolyn is an absolute credit to her profession and I cannot Thank her enough for all that she done for me. I highly recommend Carolyn McPhee as she makes you feel extremely at ease from the beginning, even when discussing areas that aren’t easy to divulge.

      If you pay for your legal they work if your legal aid they collect legal aid and run you out of time then leave you. Its not very good when all you get is on leave will contact you when back when they never do. Over 50 gmails only 4 letters bsck . Not very good service..
