As kinship carers with no experience or understanding of the way the family courts operated we felt lost and frightened. It frightened and confused us seeing the local authority failing to put the welfare of the children first. Jane Swancott of Star Legal gave us insight and guidance to navigate proceedings. The knowledge, experience, honestly and frankness of Jane and Star Legal was invaluable, even when the local authorities actions appeared, to us, to be unlawful Jane kept us on a navigable course. We and our grandchildren's welfare has been secured by the team and despite the complications Star Legal have been fair to us. No amount of money can express our gratitude.

Star Legal were very friendly and worked well on my behalf but I felt the charges were excessive for the level of work undertaken. In any other industry this would not be acceptable.

I have used Star Legal on three occasions in the past so had no hesitation in approaching them for suppport through my divorce. I was introduced to Michele Jenno who has worked with me through a difficult and protracted case. All the way through Michele has been excellent in both her guidance and knowledge. Michele is totally professional and very experienced. She also possesses the necessary level of pragmatism required when it came to dealing with numerous uneccesarily aggressive letters from my wife's solicitors. Best legal team in the south west by a mile

We have moved a few times and Richard, Susie and Helle at Star Legal, Tiverton are the most helpfull, professional team. They delt with everything speedily. They were incredibly friendly. We would definately recommend them to anyone who asks. As it says in the name....They are STARS!

i contacted this company with questions to ask about a possible claim. I spoke to a receptionship who was only interested in collecting data. She could not answer my questions. She promised a return call, but that did not happen. Whatever happened to common decency and courtesy? I suggest you avoid this time-wasting firm.
