We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Grace. She was an absolute star from start to finish and consistently five steps ahead of everyone else in the chain. Grace dealt with my constant badgering with total calm, professionalism and genuine empathy, which made an otherwise stressful process feel completely manageable. Her speed and efficiency were on another level. She worked at least ten times faster than the other solicitors involved and, at times, even ended up showing them how to do their jobs more efficiently. As a family, we aren’t strangers to Peter A C Sloan Solicitors, so it made sense to use them again for my first property purchase. After some enquiries revealed some issues with the first property, I pursued another, and have just completed.
