    I felt at ease straight away with Hannah Byatt. The case I brought to her, was something I never even knew even existed in Law. As my X wife and her solicitor at the time of our divorce nearly 10 years ago, seem to have kept to themselves, paperwork that a financial settlement had to be done, which I new nothing about. I had already paid her a substantial amount at time of our divorce, and I was glad at least this was recorded. So when I spoke to Hannah for first time she was very professional and put me at ease. I had just been made redundant and I was also going through Cancer treatment as well, which was making me quite poorly, but she was very caring in her approach. Although things are very slow going this is mainly due to my X wife’s solicitors, Hannah has always kept me updated, and has great Knowledge when it comes to my particular case. The advice she has given me, has always been easy to understand, and her friendly manor has been very much appreciated, especially when I couldn’t make appointments due to ill health, she dealt with my wife instead. All in all Hannah has been very supportive, and I can’t wait for our case to be finally over, as it has caused my wife and myself a lot of stress. But I would definitely recommend Tees Solicitors to family and friends in the future.

      Assistance with a VERY time critical Voluntary Redundancy process

      Ola is incredibly responsive, practical, expedient and gives great advice. We worked on my case, worked out what the challenges were, and addressed them as best we could and I got clarity, certainty and a clean exit. Even though redundancy is never a pleasant event, Ola made it incredibly easy and working with her gave me the confidence to close this chapter and move on to the next.       Calm, expert guidance through a stressful process

      Put simply, we couldn't have done it without Alex. She kept proceedings on track and applied consistent pressure to the Local Authority, consulting us at each step and giving a considered view of our best approach.       Just brilliant!

      We had a great experience with Tees taking us through the tribunal process over our son’s schooling. The LA conceded before court and we achieved everything we set out for.
