    I had been using a Solicitors in Harlow to handle the conveyancing of my late mother's property - sadly they were not great nor communicative and I desperately needed a speedy and effective solution. Enter Woodfines in Cambridge. What I can I say? They have been beyond superb in respect of their communications, their friendly and efficient service and their amazing attention to detail. They have made what was a challenging situation much more bearable and they have excelled in every way. Of special note is Nicola Burdett at Woodfines who has been beyond excellent and super-efficient. Huge thanks Nicola. I cannot recommend Woodfines enough and their pricings are very reasonable indeed. 10 / 10 :-)

      Purchase of leasehold property

      Purchasing a leasehold property alongside extending the lease has not been an easy ride, especially when there are two sides to the management company.
