    Land registry

    I had a land registry done at woodfines by Suzanna I was quoted £1,200 but they changed me £5,000 on day of completion I disputed the cost but they took the money without consent. Now reported to ombudsman and Suzanna won't answer my calls as guilty of fraud.

    Purchase of leasehold property

    Purchasing a leasehold property alongside extending the lease has not been an easy ride, especially when there are two sides to the management company. It has taken 15 months and during that time I'm sure, has been a complete headache for my solicitor. He has worked tirelessly for me and kept me updated during the whole process.     THIEVES House sale completed today and woodfines decided to take £5,000 rather than the quoted price of £1,200 for land registry,now they won't answer my calls also charged vat without giving vat number that is illegal. Have reported to HMRC and Law society. Paul Evans

    Nic Dino and his team once again did a fantastic job for the sale of my house. This was probably my 3rd house sale/buy through Nic in the last 10 years. Nic guided me through each step, protected my interests and pushed back unacceptable requests from the Buyer's solicitor. and patiently explained risks for any agreement i would like to make.     Nicola and everyone I dealt with at Woodfines were amazing. It was third time lucky with my house sale in end after two failed process due to issues on buyers side. Nicola pulled out all the stops to ensure my house closed the day before my wedding which was a tight deadline. Throughout this stressful process Nicola was always really responsive, friendly and helpful.       Don't trust there quoted price as when sale completed they take 3.5 time's the amount of money and then won't pick up phone. So guilty they can't talk , found out now that it's happening a lot as the removal company informed me.Reported to law society. Paul Evans

      IMPORTANT. NOTICE Do not use . I have been waiting for land registry for nearly a year Woodfines quoted £1,200,when completed they took without asking £5,000 . Now they won't answer calls. Do not use . I have now found out that it it normal for Suzanna to do this. I have reported to law society but I understand this will take a bit of time. Paul Evans
